Spring Refresh

With the arrival of spring, many of us are beginning home-improvement projects to refresh and enhance our properties. As a friendly reminder, certain exterior improvements — including structural changes, additions, painting and landscaping modifications — require prior review and approval by the KCHOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

If you’re planning any project that may fall under this category (details can be found under Article V, Architectural Control, of the KCHOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions), please be sure to submit your plans to the ARC for review before beginning any work. This helps maintain the aesthetic and integrity of our community. An ARC Review application can be found on this website under Records/Covenants and Bylaws at: https://kings-cove.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/ARC_FILLFORM_08_30_2021-1.pdf

Thank you for helping to keep King’s Cove a beautiful place to live!
