Standing Committees

We currently have three standing committees serving the needs of our community

Architectural Review Committee

The Covenants and Restrictions provide guidelines that we all strive to adhere to in order to keep up the appearance of our community and maintain high standards. If you wish to make a change to your property which requires approval, please fill out our Request for Architectural Review to the committee.  The email address is:  [email protected]

Maintenance Committee 

All of us are grateful to this committee for their efforts in keeping the ponds, fountains and other common areas looking nice and in working order.

Social Committee

The board does put together an annual visit by Santa in the Firetruck for the kids at Christmas.
